We are seeking a full-time kennel tech to join our team!

Hours Monday, Tuesday, Friday (11:30a - 7p) and every other Sat, Sun (11:30a - 6p)

or

Wednesday - Friday (6:45a-3p) and Sunday 7a - 1:30p).

When business or fun takes you away from home, we know it's your main concern that you leave your pet in a friendly, safe, enjoyable, and clean place. You want total peace of mind that your pets are well cared for and happy. Our five-star accommodation facility is located in the Raleigh/Durham area and specializes in individualized boarding and daycare. We are staffed with people who love animals and are committed to the total well-being of your pet.

While at Creature Comforts Inn, our dedicated staff will provide to your pet with the finest care tailored to his special needs. We are located adjacent to Cornwallis Road Animal Hospital; therefore, your pet is just next door in the event medical treatment should ever become necessary. This should give you peace of mind to enjoy your vacation as your pet enjoys his vacation stay with us. We also offer full daycare services.

Creature Comforts Inn is seeking professional kennel technicians and animal lovers dedicated to providing the care and compassion that pets deserve.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping runs and cages clean throughout the shift

• Feeding pets according to owner instructions

• Keeping water bowls full

• Appropriately medicating pets

• Following laundry procedures

• Keeping facility floors and yards clean

• Supervising dogs properly when outside

• Ensuring proper pet identification is in place

• Documenting care appropriately

• Following safety procedures

Experience:

• Animal Care: 1 year (Preferred)

The selected candidate will be compassionate and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Please include your experience related to animal care in your resume. EOE
